BABY BACK BARBECUED RIBS
serves four
Package of baby back pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of soy sauce
Cut apart the ribs. In a roasting pan, put aluminum foil, and pour 1/2 cup water in the pan. Put the ribs in pan and cover tightly with foil.
Roast 1 hour at 400 degrees. Pour off the fat. Marinate ribs in 3/4 of the sauce for at least 2 hours. Place ribs in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, basting ribs during the final 15 minutes with the rest of the marinade.
