Basic Fish Rub

This is a good cure for smoked fish which can be added to and flavored as you like. Use 3/4 cup per pound of fish

Combine ingredients in small mixing bowl, stir to mix.

Store rub in airtight container. Keeps for up to six months.

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon dried dill (optional)

1 tablespoon mustard powder (optional)
